Prince Rupert:

a delightful little hamlet..............

A few more pictures of the ferry experience, at 5:30 am. We had to be in line at 4:30, it was pitch black then and not any fun.

At least at boarding the sun was coming up, it's a real problem when you miss the boarding ramp
The view as we passed the cruise ships as we left Ketchikan.

The whale watching was awesome, we saw 4 humpbacks and some small dolphin looking things.

A darling RV park 1/4 mile from the ferry terminal in Prince Rupert. Once we made it through customs, always an experience, it was a short drive to end a long day.

We got a great weather day and it was much appreciated after the drizzle of the last two cities. We drove downtown and immediately found a restaurant right on the water overlooking the harbor and marina. Stuffed jalapenos, yummy.

A small seal. Performing for us. He needed a beach ball to be truly amazing.

.

The view from Don Cherry's Grill and Pub in downtown Prince Rupert. For those of you who don't follow hockey, Mr. Cherry is a very colorful TV personality that covers the NHL for TSN. He is not necessarily well liked by the faithful in Dallas. Oh well, the view was gorgeous and the beer was cold.
